“I sometimes feel that gracious hospitality has become a lost art. The People at the Holiday Inn were FRIENDLY. They went out of their way again and again to help us, respond to our requests, and "feel our pain" with our car trouble. From the management to each of the service workers, everyone was unusually helpful, prompt and very good at their work. It worked like a well oiled machine.“
